At Recover Labs, we take quality, safety, and trust seriously. Because our products are dietary supplements, we apply strict hygiene and safety standards to all returns and refunds.

Please read the following carefully before making a purchase.


Returns

Unopened Products

You may return unopened, unused, and sealed products within 14 days of delivery for a refund.

To be eligible:

  • The product must be in its original packaging

  • The seal must be intact

  • The item must be in resalable condition

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.


Opened Products

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds on opened or used supplements, unless the product is faulty.

This policy exists to protect our customers and comply with UK hygiene regulations.


Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive:

  • A damaged product

  • A faulty item

  • The wrong product

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

If the issue is confirmed, we will offer a replacement or full refund, including return postage where applicable.


Refunds

Once an eligible return is received and inspected:

  • Refunds are processed back to the original payment method

  • Please allow 5–10 working days for funds to appear, depending on your bank

Shipping costs are non-refundable, except where the item is faulty or incorrect.


Subscribe & Save Orders

Cancelling or Pausing a Subscription

You may:

  • Pause

  • Skip

  • Cancel your subscription at any time
    through your customer account before your next billing date

Changes made after an order has been processed will apply to the next delivery.


Subscription Refunds

  • Subscription orders follow the same returns policy as one-time purchases

  • Opened supplements are not eligible for refund

  • Unopened subscription orders may be returned within 14 days of delivery


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account again

  2. Contact your card provider or bank

  3. If the issue persists, contact us and we’ll assist
