At Recover Labs, we aim to deliver your order reliably and efficiently. Please review the information below to understand how and when your order will be shipped.


Order Processing

  • Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays

  • Orders placed after processing cut-off times will be handled the next working day

  • Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email

Please note that processing times are separate from delivery times.

We currently ship to:

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times begin once your order has been dispatched.

  • Standard UK delivery: typically 2–5 working days

  • Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed

Delays may occur due to factors outside our control, including courier delays, weather conditions, or peak periods.


Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and will be clearly displayed before payment is completed.

Any promotions or free shipping offers will be clearly communicated on the website when applicable.


Subscription Orders (Subscribe & Save)

  • Subscription orders are processed automatically according to your selected delivery schedule

  • Billing occurs prior to dispatch for each subscription cycle

  • You can manage, pause, skip, or cancel your subscription at any time through your customer account before your next billing date

Changes made after an order has been processed will apply to the next scheduled delivery.


Tracking

Where available, tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking details to update after dispatch.


Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

We cannot be held responsible for:

  • Orders delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer

If an order is returned to us due to an address issue, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.


Missing or Delayed Orders

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe:

  • Please allow a reasonable additional period for courier delays

  • If the issue persists, contact us and we’ll investigate
