By completing a purchase on our website, you agree to the terms outlined below.
One-Time Purchases
Cancelling an Order
You may request to cancel a one-time order before it has been processed or dispatched.
To request cancellation:

Contact us as soon as possible with your order number
Once an order has been processed or dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled. In this case, the order will be subject to our Returns & Refunds Policy.
Subscription Purchases (Subscribe & Save)
Managing Your Subscription
If you have purchased a subscription, you may:

Skip

Cancel
at any time through your customer account.
Changes must be made before your next scheduled billing date to apply to the upcoming order.
Cancelling a Subscription Order

Subscription orders can be cancelled before they are processed

Once a subscription order has been billed and processed, it cannot be cancelled for that cycle
Any changes made after processing will take effect from the next scheduled delivery.
Billing & Processing

Subscription billing occurs automatically according to the schedule selected at checkout

By subscribing, you authorise recurring charges until the subscription is paused or cancelled
Recover Labs is not responsible for missed cancellations due to changes made after the billing cut-off.
Refunds After Cancellation

Cancelled orders that have not yet been processed will not be charged

Orders that have already been processed or dispatched are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy
Due to the nature of dietary supplements:

Opened products are not eligible for refund unless faulty
